I am angry with the agent as i was not made aware that this was an issue i had no idea what i was in store for. i am moving due to the traffic fumes and incredible noise levels , i am a shift worker and i cant get any sleep. the trucks go all night but at 5 am they start full on , breaking at the lights speeding blowing there horns etc , the black soot all over my furniture and car is incredible , i am stressed all the time and have started to wake with panic attacks.i cant relax in my home , i feel like i am being assaulted by noise. i have to where ear plugs. and they hurt my ears. When i am driving along Sommerton rd , i have days where i have counted 50 or more trucks ...that is just one journey. this is a nightmare. I have not paid my rent as i want to be evicted from this property why should i have to pay when i have not been informed ..the real estate agent should have told me .....i am depressed and anxious all the time ...I feel so sorry for people who cant move , i have very little money and i will loose my rental credibility by not paying the last months rent ...they will keep my bond .and yes the rent is slightly cheaper , now i know why ....it is a living hell...a nightmare .... The place has grown so much but they have not catered for the congestion to high point from ballarat rd and trucks trying to get a quicker way to keilor or sydney rd. its disgusting, how they don't care about residents.
